A man from Leicester who urinated on soldiers graves has been named as 24 year old Ryan Bettsworth
Last Monday a man was reportedly arrested by leicester police for urinating on dead heroes graves in a Leicester graveyard whilst he was caught in the act.
The man who was caught has been named as 24 year old Ryan Bettsworth from Leicester who has connections to both Hope not Hate and Unite Against Fascism, he was caught by a local police community support officer who was patrolling the area.
Mr. Bettsworth told magistrates at Leicester court that he ‘hated British soldiers’ and thought that they were murderers who were paid by the government, he later went on to say how he thought they deserved no respect and it was his ‘moral duty’ to desecrate their graves.
Some of the soldiers graves he had urinated on were recently killed in Afghanistan and had not long been buried. The Daily Bale understands that the families of those buried are in ‘deep shock’ that somebody would do this.
Unite against fascism declined to comment.
