Mosque aid: how many mosques did you fund?

After Tony Blair came into power in 1997, the construction of Mosques and Islamic centres across the country rose to 75% under a multiculturalist policy introduced by the Labour Party.

Tony Blair who was keen to encourage mass cultural integration and multiculturalism may have charged the British tax payer to fund the construction of mosques across the country in a bid to introduce equality for all religions,

Though the Labour Government never made these plans public policy, a large percentage of taxes throughout the years of 1997-2010 did to to the British Mosque Development programme which was chaired by a member of the Labour Party.

The British Mosque Development programme oversaw the construction of 58 mosques, 29 Islamic centres and over 240 Islamic prayer booths up and down the country, all at the expense of the British taxpayer.

An estimated £78 million may have been given to the British Mosque Development programme of which the general public had no knowledge whatsoever. The BMD was handed over to the Islamic council of Great Britain In 2010 who now are the main governing body over British Mosques.
